Doxa Villa is approximately 2400 sq.. ft in size in the Windsor Hills reserve, the newest and upscale section of Windsor Hills. The higher elevation of the Reserve makes for a wonderful view of the surrounding community.

There is an outdoor patio with pool and Jacuzzi. The patio is fenced in and the pool has a screen for your safety. There is a washer and dryer, towels, sheets, cutlery, plates, pots, pans, etc
